1. The Limited Time Window
Cancellation or modification requests are time-sensitive and are not guaranteed.

Processing Phase: Once an order is sent to our warehouse or fulfillment team, it enters a "Finalized" state.

Shipping Phase: Once a tracking number is generated or the package is handed to the carrier, no changes can be made.

Best Effort: We handle all requests on a best-effort basis but cannot stop a shipment once it is in motion.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
If you change your mind, please contact us immediately.

Required Info: Your full name and the specific reason for cancellation.
Outcome:

Approved: If the order hasn't been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Too Late: If the order has already shipped, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Requesting a Change (Address, Size, or Item)
If you need to update your shipping address or change a product variant (size/color):

Note: We cannot change product variants if the new item is out of stock or has a different price point.
Important: Shopxcart is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
4. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been assigned a tracking number:

It cannot be canceled or rerouted.

You may choose to refuse the package upon delivery (if supported by your carrier) or accept and return it according to our Return Policy.

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for shipped orders.
5. Pre-Orders & Backorders
Items labeled as Pre-Order or Backorder can be canceled at any time before they enter the final processing phase for shipment. Once the "Shipping Soon" status is reached, standard cancellation rules apply.
6. Refund Process for Cancellations
When a cancellation is successfully approved:

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method (PayPal).

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.
7. Policy Abuse & Fraud
Shopxcart reserves the right to refuse cancellation or change requests if we detect patterns of policy abuse, such as frequent cancellations, fraudulent activity, or chargeback threats.
