1. Order Processing Time

All orders undergo a processing phase before shipment, which includes payment verification, quality inspection, and packaging.

  • Standard Processing: 2–5 business days.

  • Business Days: Monday – Saturday (excluding Sundays and U.S. public holidays).

  • Daily Cut-off: 7:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • Peak Periods: Processing may take longer during holidays, major sales, or extreme weather conditions.


2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We currently offer flat-rate shipping to the following regions. Shipping costs are applied per order, regardless of weight or item count.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

  • Your unique tracking number.

  • A direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal.

  • Please Note: It may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once the carrier scans the package.


4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to Canada and the United Kingdom:

  • Responsibilities: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all local laws.

  • Fees: Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs brokerage fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


5. Delivery Issues & Responsibilities

A. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Shopxcart is not liable for:

  • Items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Packages returned to us due to missing apartment/unit numbers.

  • Re-shipping fees will apply if a package must be sent out a second time.

B. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier. While we will assist in locating delayed packages, we cannot issue refunds for orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

C. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us immediately.

  • Damaged: If an item arrives damaged, you must contact support@shopxcart.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and the original packaging.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to our rapid processing, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.

  • Address Edits: Please contact us within 2 hours of ordering to request an address change.

  • Shipped Orders: Once an order has a tracking number, it cannot be canceled or rerouted.


7. Multiple Shipments

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders with multiple products may arrive in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment at no additional cost.
